Key Activities That You Will Be Managing
  • Organising the office work cycle and ordering stationery and equipment.
  • Overseeing general office and team operation.
  • Greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls and delivering service to our customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings.
  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
  • Producing reports, composing correspondence.
  • Provide basic HR support to the team.
  • All-around secretarial duties.
  • Maintaining office policies and managing health and safety procedures.
  • Keeping records of office expenditure.
  • Data responsibilities, including GDPR.
  • Meeting, conference and event planning.

The role

About Your Experience
  • Fluent in both English and Italian.
  • A detail-oriented, self-starter with prior experience in the industry or with a technology team.
  • Someone who exhibits sound judgment with the ability to prioritise and make decisions.
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
  • Comfortable interacting with high-level executives.
  • A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the firm.
  • Resourceful, can-do attitude.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree appreciated.
  • One to three years’ prior experience in similar role.
  • Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel);
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills;
